kido rules and regualtions (read all)

1. The Kido Template must be used and completed correctly.
2. Your character must train for the Kido, depending on the ability applied for the length and difficulty of the training needed will vary. The completed training thread will need to be linked to the application.
3. Depending on the ability applied for, the time needed to wait before another can be learned will vary. This will be decided by the primary admin/moderator dealing with your application.
4. Numbers will be asigned by a staff member.
5. You need to put an incantation.
6. Pick one Category.
7. Fill out app intirely.
8. Cost assigned also by staff.

Kido use rules.

1. Captains can use any type 1-100 in proficient can do this without incantations. Lt. can use 1-50 without incantation and up to 75 with incantation. Below up to 50 needs incantation 1-10 no incantation. Academy level only 1-10.
2. To combine you need to thread both incantations together and then say both of the kido used after it. If there are no incantations KNOWN it can not becombined by anyone lower than a Lt.
3. Must train new kido before you can use it. word count is based on the number of kido times 10. so a # 100 is 1000 words. simple. This Rule is only for created Kido and Kido over 50. Canon kido is reduced by 200 words in training.
4. You may not use a kido that you have not trained for, doing so can result in your attack/deffence/ healing kido to be revoked and you could lose a fight.
5. Healing kido is a special case and needs to be learned from someone in the medical division.
6. Kido Corp. speacially selected individuals can use 1-100 without incantation. able to use kido above, 100!
