How to be a Visored

To become a Visored you must become a human then become a Substitute Shinigami then have your rank strip and have your Chain of Fate severed and proceed to become a Shinigami once more, if you wanna become one you must find your Ribbon and grab it before the hallow take over how ever if you wanna push you luck and puss the ribbon right when you turn you have a 10% chance of becoming a Visored.
