Inactive characters

If your character has been deamed inactive then im afraid it shall be striped of the title as other more active members may desire that position.

so far who we know of who is absent but will be active are;

Mara - inactive due to technical difficulties
Pyrohearts - due to hoilday and school
Seaas - not sure... think techinacal as well

if you know of any others then please post them and the reason bellow here so there character isnt striped of rank or deleted due to this

this will open up the ranks for:
squad 2 and 3, both captain and lieutennant
Squad 6, Captain
Squad 8, Captain
